Monochromatic Art Director

ABOUT

Monochromatic in my personal style, not my work.

I'm all about consistency, but don't mistake that for boring. I like to craft with my hands and make things happen. Which once resulted in locking myself in a studio for 36+ hours, gluing over 400 CDs together for a stop-motion video.

I started my career art directing and designing at Ogilvy NY, moved to McCann, then back to Ogilvy where I worked my way up to Associate Creative Director and got millions of people to watch a 25 minute ad for IKEA. Then at TBWA\Chiat\Day I got another millions of people to rewatch a Super Bowl ad instead of the game, paint a MTN DEW bottle with Bob Ross, and some other weird stuff.

Last year the One Club listed me as one of the Next Creative Leaders (!) and this year I partially overshadowed the summer’s biggest blockbuster with a Nike campaign about women’s football at Wieden + Kennedy (WTF?).

Currently, I'm a Creative Director at Rethink NY.
